Frank Arena has been in the Construction, Kitchen, and Design business for over 35 years. He has participated in the design and construction of many designer showcases on Long Island and Manhattan including the Oheka Castle, Sands Point Preserve Estate, Hempstead house and many others.
Frank uses his experience and knowledge of spatial planning and details that only come with experience to design the ultimate home, building or feature for his clients. Through his vast knowledge of 3D softwares including AutoCAD and 2020 Design, he brings his designs to life and helps customers visualize their dream home. Frank works one on one with each client to ensure that their every dream and wish for their space is achieved.

Certified Sustainable Interior Designer & Spacial Planner
Samantha Araujo is a Designer with a Bachelor of Architecture from New York Institute of Technology (2020). She has a demonstrated history of working in several industries including Architecture, Kitchen & Bath Design, Interior Design, Graphic Design, Logo/Web Design, and more.
Proficient in various design softwares such as 2020, Rhino, Revit, Vray, AutoCAD, and Adobe Suite, she is the front-end web designer/back-end developer of our current website as well as all digital design needs. Samantha is a creative designer with a passion for sustainability, organization and artistry. Having recieved her certification in sustainable interior design, her eco-approach to design consists of ethical company research, second hand unique pieces and antiques, and feng shui practices to create balanced and harmonious spaces. She creates timeless, intentional spaces with a focus on materiality and color theory, creating not just a house, but a home.
